Abstracts

Jazz takes its material from many sources. I couldn’t help but think of jazz music as I collected miscellaneous pieces of fabric, string, yarn, stamps, and Pantone art papers from college and used them to create five abstract pieces titled “Jazz Quintet For My Ancestors.” These are now hanging in the Library of the University of Minnesota, Marshall, MN.
